PDF reports

What gets exported, how to brand it, and how to share it.

3 min read

The PDF report is what gets in front of the board. This page covers what's included and how to export it.

What's in the report

  • Cover — CS-PMI overall, tier, recommendations count, generated timestamp
  • Executive summary — top 3 gaps + top 3 strengths with deltas vs sector median
  • Maturity by dimension — full 11-row table with score, confidence-weighted, sector delta, evidence coverage
  • Recommendations — AI-generated and independently AI-verified improvement actions, prioritised by impact
  • Methodology — scoring scale, how AI scoring works, benchmark caveats, confidentiality note

How to export

From the assessment overview, click Export report (PDF). The report is rendered server-side (no browser quirks), uploaded to your tenant's reports/ storage bucket, and returned as a signed URL valid for ~1 hour. The URL doesn't require sign-in, so you can paste it into an email or Slack.

Language

The report follows the current UI locale. An AR report uses Noto Naskh Arabic and RTL flow throughout; mixed-language content (e.g. policy names in English with Arabic narrative) renders correctly.

Branding (Continuous + White-Label tiers)

On Continuous, the cover can carry your logo + tagline. On White-Label, the entire report can be re-skinned with your colours and delivered under your domain. Contact us to enable.
